We believe in making the enrollment process clear and easy for both parents and children. From your initial inquiry to your child’s first day, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Here’s how our admission process works:
Once a parent expresses interest in enrolling, we invite them to schedule a short online call with our team.This initial conversation allows us to learn more about your child and family’s educational needs,Introduce our Montessori philosophy and approach,answer any preliminary questions and explain the next steps in the admissions process.We believe in building a strong partnership with families right from the start.
Parents and their child are invited for an in-person visit. During this visit, the child will have the opportunity to explore our Montessori environment and participate in a trial classroom where the parents can observe the child. Meanwhile, parents will receive detailed information about our school, daily routines, curriculum, fees, and enrollment procedures.
We believe this visit is an important step in helping families make a confident and informed decision about their child’s education.
The application form must be completed digitally. A link to the form and list of required documents will be sent via email upon request or inquiry. All required documents must be submitted to the administrative Office by the stated due date.
Upon submitting the application, the registration fee and annual maintenance fee are due.
Parents may choose to pay the tuition fee on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, depending on their preference.
All payments must be made via bank transfer only. Please use the following reference format when making a payment:

After completing the bank transfer, please send proof of payment via email to:

Once the payment is received and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to the parents. At that time, we will also request your child’s uniform measurements to begin the uniform ordering process.
Once the payment is completed, the Administrative Office will send a formal acceptance email along with the Welcome Packet and important details to help you prepare for your child’s first day. This will include the school calendar, parent handbook, meal/snack menu, a list of required supplies, and information on drop-off and pick-up procedures. Additional guidance on orientation day and classroom expectations will also be provided.
